Overall

Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. We encountered several problems with the city of Oklahoma City, and Antwon, Bill, Jason, and everyone that had to deal with this were unfazed by the unbelievable roadblocks that the city was setting. Every person I dealt with, from the receptionist on, was competent and thorough.

Updated review: Used them again for another driveway, and they were just as good as before. Will definitely continue to work with them in the future.

We were looking for a concrete contractor to pour some patio areas and sidewalks, linking everything together, in the back and side of our house. I designed one area where I wanted stamped concrete as well. I got prices from several companies after doing some research online and thru the Neighborhood app. Bill’s price was in the middle of the bids. The deciding factor was what their representative, Antwon, presented to me regarding how they conduct their business that sealed the deal. Having worked at a civil engineering company for 25 years, I know how concrete work is supposed to be done. Antwon went over everything they do, from excavation, form work, elevations, steel reinforcement, dowel rods, isolation/control joints, concrete toe, and clean up.
Did they deliver? They exceeded my expectations in every way. The form work was a little challenging because of varying existing elevations and slopes of the existing patios that we we expanding and tying into. Their guys worked it out with me and couldn’t be happier with the end result. They protected existing concrete, the brick on the house and everything else from damage and splatter when pouring. They also did an amazing job of cleaning up and grading the dirt back to the concrete. I am very pleased with my decision to go with Bill’s Custom Concrete. I am most times scared of going with the cheapest bid. I am looking for quality work with somebody that is licensed, insured, and bonded so I don’t have to worry if there’s an incident. We’re so excited about getting our furniture set up and the landscaping done now. Thanks again for an amazing job at a great price!! It turned out awesome.

I have been a building contractor throughout my life. I take pride in my finished product. Compared to other companies working today, I found everyone working with Bill's Custom Concrete was committed to providing us with a professional job.

I was given a reduced turnkey price to get the contract. It was higher than most, but we received an incredibly beautiful porch, ramp, sidewalks, pad, and patio. Afterwards, we were charged for additional labor which we did not expect.

Make certain that your quotes include all labor. Waiver releases were presented prior to payment. Make certain the crew follows Bill's requirement to use PVC under all concrete poured for drainage and connections. Failure to use PVC as I reminded the workers to use caused additional labor, we understood was included in the original contract price. Turnkey in construction includes all material and labor for the job.

One of my friends who is a contractor examined it today. His comment was, "Bill's is higher, but they do a professional finish."

We had a sinkhole problem under our back porch that was causing major flooding in our house. Another company had attempted to build a drain for it previously that totally failed us, and then Bill's came in and saved the day! They brought in an engineer to make the drainage plan and then to inspect the project several times during construction and they built us an absolutely gorgeous drainage solution, and they put our porch back together looking better than it did before! Truly the best experience we've ever had working on our house. Antwon, Jake, and the team could not have been kinder or more expert. We recommend this group whole-heartedly and would absolutely use them again.

Our house is situated downhill with a shared driveway adjacent to the side of the house. Our dilemma was water going underneath the house. We met with an engineer to come up with a solid plan. The job was extensive with a french drain for the length of the house. The crew was very respectful, professional and took extra precaution with kids living next door. Job site was cleaned up every day. We were very pleased with the quality of work and the professionalism that came with the experience.

This is the second project that we have had Bill’s Custom Concrete do for our house.
Chris has been our foreman for both projects and he is amazing. Jake worked on our driveway and he was wonderful also.
We wouldn’t trust anyone but Bill’s to do a concrete project near our house. They are truly drainage experts which is vital when pouring concrete near your house foundation.
Bill’s goes above and beyond to clean up after themselves and make sure that you are not inconvenienced while they are working on your project.

I highly recommend Bill's Custom Concrete and Yard Drainage! I interviewed 5 different concrete contractors and I chose Bill and their team because of their professionalism, warranty and knowledge. They installed a basketball slab and tied it into existing concrete walkways. From the first day the crew was professional, clean and thorough. I am so glad that we went with them, our yard was not level and they took their time to ensure that the job was done correctly with footings and done on time for our child's birthday.
I can't say enough good things, they even dug up our yard where it met the concrete and added some dirt and put our grass back on so that it was level where the yard dipped! This was not asked of them, they did it because that's the type of company they are!

Thank you and don't hesitate to call and hire Bill's Custom Concrete, they are Fantastic!
