I recently moved into a house and it had a sticker with this business’ name and number on it for repairs, replacements, etc. I researched the business a bit and read some reviews online and I knew he was the one I wanted to go with. I contacted Thomas and he replied very quickly. He does work this business himself and was busy that day but he was able to squeeze me in. He asked me a few questions about what I was wanting and what kind of motor my garage had. He was able to let me know how much everything would be and I was very much okay with the price he quoted me. He came later that evening and he did everything I needed done plus more. He communicated with me about everything he was doing and how he could improve a few other things in my garage. He was very reasonably priced and even touched up a few things that needed to be cleaned and replaced in my garage. Thomas is very professional and a true expert when it comes to all things garage!! I will tell everyone I know to go to him for any issues with their garage. He is a very hard working man and he will answer any and all questions that you have. If I could I would give him a 10/5 because he was very efficient, professional, communicated well, and he even educated me on adding other security measures for my garage and driveway. I will continue to support this business and I wish him nothing but success and prosperity for this hardworking man and father.

Long post with a lot of info. Runs his own single man operation. Best price in the metro from a local owner, not a big Google reviewed national chain, so his listing is farther down the Google search. Answers his own phone so may take a time or two to actually talk to him, however he picked up for me quickly each time unlike the big chains which use a call center. Call centers immediately want your info and won't talk to you about your problem, just schedule an appointment. Thomas will answer all questions and provide quotes over the phone without wasting your time with a scheduled appointment followed by a high pressure sales pitch. I asked questions, pointed out what the 6 other installers said were wrong or needed replacing, and he pointed out their rights and wrongs. Did a full inspection and only needed my spring replaced, which was a low 10k cycle spring. I upgraded to 50k cycle springs for cheaper than the chain stores lower cycle springs. All original hardware was is good condition. Of the 7 service providers who came out, Thomas was the lowest price with no fees hidden as service charges, just straight forward total equipment installed price. Took less than 30 minutes. Of the others service providers the following were my next best options: #2 was Patriot, #3 was Jolly Goat then #4 was Overhead Garage Door. I only list these if you CANNOT get a hold of Thomas so you don't waste your time and 8 hours looking for great service like I did. They are listed in order of price as their professionalism was a 10 out of 10 when each of their techs came out. Thomas was just a really cool guy who answered every question honestly. He will prioritize emergencies over you with his time frames, so if you aren't able to just chill and wait, don't get mad at him. My situation was not critical as I could manually raise my door and move my vehicles, so no hurry. Thanks for everything!!!!!

Friend recommended this business to me. It was fantastic, had a spring and tracks replaced . It was done lightning fast and parts and labor came in cheaper than others quoted. It is like a night and day difference. I really recommend them!

Recently used them again 4 years later to get a new lifter and they were amazing again! I can't recommend these guys enough!

These folks are fantastic, I’ve called multiple places before them, and been given estimates in the six $50-$700 range, had somebody come out for an estimate at another company and say it was going to be 575, but then I got a free estimate from the garage door guys, and they fixed it within an hour for $150

They’re quick, easy, super professional and super nice. They didn’t try to take advantage or over charge they just fixed the damage, they are absolutely fantastic and the only people I’ll use or recommend.

Thomas promptly responded to my estimate request for a new garage door opener two years ago. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, answered all my many questions and the install was a very pleasant experience. Thomas gave the estimate AND did the work-no surprises during install. The price was good, the equipment superb and the opener has functioned flawlessly all this time. Still get comments on how quiet and smoothly it works. I will use his company again!
