He did amazing work. He even found the wrong type of screw in the electrical panel that was mixed by the previous inspector according to our seller. He went over the photos and what needed to be fixed and was able to answer our questions. He even had snack bags for us if we wanted them!

Ed is fantastic! He is professional and kind, and very thorough in his work. We had a slight issue with the realtor/listing agent and access to the house but he was very patient. He brought little snack bags, water, and chairs for us to sit while he did the inspection. He was great at answering any questions we had, and left us with a home binder which had lots of home maintenance info, places to note details about the house, and a newsletter that will inform us of any recalls on our appliances!
