Wow what a great positive experience
Gordon’s is the best and Desmond Tilley is amazing!
The total experience with Gordon’s was Awesome. The office staff was professional and answered all my questions. The office set up my urgent appointment without hesitation. The technician Desmond Tilley called before he arrived and was actually a few minutes early. He did a complete assessment of our AC and diagnosed the issue. Without taking a break he worked get the system running. It was very hot in the area but Desmond was wonderful. Shared his findings at the end. The price was lower expected for all the word done!
This is an amazing company and recommend for all your HVAC needs

Stay away. Salespeople are pushy liars. Products don't last even with their maintenance. Techs aren't good at diagnosing issues. Techs aren't very respectful of your home or space. Reps will lie to you to get you off the phone if they answer at all (and I was calm and understanding, no need to lie, probably overwhelmed by volume of their products failing). You may occasionally get someone who is sharp, but it's not the norm. They do not care about you; they just want to extract money from you. I am trapped with them at the moment, but you don't have to be. Keep shopping. Here are some of the garbage scraps, choking hazards, and what I hope are SPARE parts left by the play area of my two year old twins.

Mr. Treble Myles service technician arrived promptly on 6-12-24 within slotted time window to perform annual maintenance on A/C. Mr. Myles was very professional, polite, informative, knowledgeable, and performed said maintenance. I was very satisfied with his service. Tyler H. did a great job on my beautiful new faucet and he took out the old water treatment thingees from under my sink so I have lots more room.
