"I was overcharged 700$."

(I will start by letting you know that I don't leave reviews often, but I already had given one for this company and it needed to be updated.)

I liked the tech but I can not accept charging me for an estimate. When it was time to pay, I looked at the tech's iPad it said 758$. I asked about the total and was told that is was just an estimate and I would not be charged for it. I was told that it was would be just the 69$ service fee. That was a lie to my face. My bank called me and asked if I had been fraudulently charged. Yes I was. Thankfully, they sent a refund check by Monday but I would still recommend you find more honest people to do business with.

My technician was Chris B., we had issues with our ac and he came out and did a thorough job cking everything, but it ended up that we needed a new ac unit which he installed. He was super professional and pleasant. He did an EXCELLENT job getting it installed and running. Thank you Chris.

My tech Matthew was very kind very efficient. Great overall experience.

After I purchased the premium package. I was very glad I did because Matt had to come back out due to a bad part. Good news it saved me a bunch of cash since I bought the premium package. Matt diagnosed the problem right away and repaired it back to nice and cool. Great overall. I would recommend Hibdon heat and air to everyone.

This company has come out and serviced our house a couple of time now. Each time the technician has been very personable and informative. They even text me to let me know they MAY be delayed to my appointment, they weren't.. but they keep you in the loop. They work with the customer to make sure they're doing right by you, to include opportunities to reduce the cost and all of your options. They don't treat you like 'just another job'. There's a lot of companies to choose from in the Metro, and I can't speak on the others (and thankfully won't need to).. these folks are great.

Hands down, the best local company overall I have ever done business with! This company should write a book about customer service, because they have it mastered! I called the big company “Airco” who is all over TV (who I later learned is not even a locally owned company) and they gave me a $4670 quote and said I would have to wait up to 48 hours for a part. I thought it seemed a bit high, so I got a second opinion from these Hibdon cats and they had me fixed up in an hour for $450. Not only that, but they cleared some branches off my roof without even asking!!!!! The owner or GM came by a few days later and brought our kids some really nice Hibdon Teddy bears and just wanted to make sure everything was working out. We are very satisfied with this company. It’s hard to get that mom and pop vibe nowadays, but they got it going on!

Chris was our technician on this 6-month maintenance visit. He did a very thorough review and maintenance of the equipment, even checking the temperature of air coming from the ceiling vents and tightening a main flexible air duct connection with the plenum where it was coming loose. He’s very polite and took time to answer all questions thoroughly, and also showed respect for our home and property. We believe we are getting very good value for money with Hibdon and their technicians.
