Ricardo and Jose moved a lot of very heavy stuff into our moving trailers pretty much non-stop for 5 hours. The pricing was reasonable. When paying, there was some type of transportation charge that wasn't disclosed when I first got a quote. Wouldn't have been a deal breaker but should be more transparent. But again, they did a great job moving very heavy stuff on a very hot day. Would definitely use again.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with any company. My move was scheduled yesterday at noon, and they showed up an entire HOUR late!! Again. We scheduled for 12pm. I called 10 minutes before noon to let them know I was at my storage unit, and was told they would arrive in 15 minutes. I called again at 12:30 and was told it would be another 20 minutes. They didn't get there until 1:10ish and started packing at 1:15pm.

When I got to my apartment, I start unpacking my stuff and I notice one of my mason jars, filled with crystals, was completely broken from the move. I was watching them the entire time, and they were not careful when they rolled out my bins over the door frame from my storage unit. I could hear my fragile items clink and sat there praying that they wouldn't get broken.
Keep in mind these bins were well packed and had been moved multiple times, back and forth to different places, and were checked over multiple times, and nothing ever broke. Until I tried this moving company.

There's no punctuality at all, and I have broken property that I have to spend more money out of my pocket to replace now. I will not be using this company again, and I do not recommend them to anyone who's looking for quality service.

The workers did a great job, but they are very deceiving. They tell you that it’s 140 an hour you ask how long do you think it’ll take they give you a quote, but then after the job is done try to tack on a bunch of other unmentioned fees. They never told me anything about gas, they never said anything about a service fee, all they said was a minimum of 140 an hour. I appreciate the $70 discount. But, I still paid double what I was expecting. I won’t be using these movers ever again and definitely will not be referring them to any of my family and friends. The boss Antonio, tried to call me a liar and say that he did tell me about a service fee when I know for a fact he didn’t because I wrote everything down when I was comparing prices. Do not go to them unless you ask all the questions. this was my first time using a moving company, and it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth .

Strong Brothers Movers literally saved the day! The morning of my move, my original movers were a no show and did not even let me know or answer any of my messages. And Strong Brothers Movers were the only ones who could help me move the same day! They worked from 6:30 until 2 in the morning! Super efficient and quick with loading and unloading. And they helped assemble our furniture too. I could not recommend a better moving company and they have the best rates in town!
