Overall

The staff were really helpful and even gave me a couple extra hours so I could finish the job when equipment Malfunctioned. I appreciate staff that take the extra step for there customers. Appreciate you gentlemen.

This is a great place to rent equipment and tools. The sales staff and loading staff are always super friendly. The make the process really easy! The rates are absolutely fair, especially the "rent it Friday, return it Monday before 9am for one days charge" rule!

Update: They took care of the issue and refunded our money.

Our experience was horrible. We rented this for 1 day. During our "1 day" the track came off the skid steerer. They sent 1 guy out to fix it which is impossible so my fiancé had to fix it with him. He started using it again the next day and the track came off again. This time they sent 2 guys out to fix it. He started to use it again the next day and it happened again. He called and told them and that told him to load it with the track off and bring it back!! He told them "NO you come do it because I'm not going to be responsible for moving that with the track off and possibly damaging it!". They sent someone out to get it and leave another one for us to use since we hadn't even gotten 4 hours out of our 8 hour rental! That guy had to use the new skid steerer to push the broken one on the trailer (yes I watched him do it). Yeah...we could have totally handled that ourselves (sarcasm) like the sales person at the store told us to. Then he got started with the new one the next day and after working for a bit he took a break and came back out to work more since it cooled off and it wouldn't start!!! So it sat for another day and somebody came and fixed it. He got started again and the next time he turned it off it wouldn't start again. He told them come get it because he couldn't load it. It cost us tons of time and put our project behind. So there are things still not done that we should have been able to complete on time. This equipment should not be sent out in such bad shape. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY!

Rented a bobcat for some leveling work. Had an issue and they had another machine out first thing the next morning. Great customer service will be using Crosslands for all my equipment rental needs from now on.

Super easy to rent from, and really liked the weekend special they offer.

We had an issue with our equipment during the course of our rental... not only did Crossland's get a mechanic out early the morning I called, but we were given the rest of the day to use it without a late fee or docking our deposit. We felt very valued as customers and will definitely rent again if we have future projects.
