I had a concern of a crack on the exterior corner side of my house for a few years now and thought it would be wise to get it fixed. Kevin Walter, the Ground Works Inspector, came out to give me an estimate. He was professional and courteous. He looked around my house then used a rotary laser tool to scan my foundation. Come to find out, being an older home it hadn't move but a quarter inch! Which meant I didn't need any piers or work done for the moment. I was greatly relieved! He assured me that it was mainly cosmetic but advised me to keep an eye on the crack for the future. I really appreciate the inspection and honesty. (I actually had another business come out the week before who recommended I get piers.) But I will definitely be getting with Ground Works if I need future services. Thanks again!

I scheduled a free inspection for our in ground pool. Kevin Walter (Certified Field Inspector) was in contact the day before the inspection, the day of, and estimated time of arrival (he was actually early-breath of fresh air). Knowledgeable and professional during his inspection and provides a detailed explanation of the process. He also provided a complete estimate of the project prior to his departure. Whether I use this company for my pool or decide to just replace the concrete I would still recommend this company for their product and expertise. 5 star review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Irving and his team were professional, courteous and efficient. He personally took the time to answer my many questions and was quick to engage me with any glitches he encountered. The work was done in a single day and the crew restored the land so there was little evidence they were ever there. They even repaired the mortar cracks. I am very pleased with the work overall and would definitely recommend Groundworks for foundation issues.

After the foundation work was completed, a second team of Crishaun, Kenny and Hunter completed the repairs on my porch. It took a bit of time to complete due to a glitch, but they came back and finished the work to my satisfaction. The crew was polite and knowledgeable and overall I was very pleased.

Had an excellent experience with them repairing supports, joists, and beams under this old house. Jeremy was the foreman was very knowledgeable and explained everything. Marcus and Daniel were great and worked very hard to get done . This ole house is more level than I ever thought possible. I had a positive experience from the original inspection through the whole process. Wayne was the original inspector. I’d recommend them!

Ryan and Kevin spent a couple of hours investigating what the issues at my house were after a thorough inspection. They are very nice young men who know what they are talking about. The presentation was wonderful and there was no high pressure to buy anything. They emailed me the information to discuss with my wife before making any decisions. The solutions and materials appear to be top notch. I will for sure be hiring this company to deal with the water coming into my basement.
