Overall

Your team was on time and worked diligently to install two (2) fixed sun tunnels, and completed the project with no problems. So far, we are extremely pleased with the new fixtures, and hope that there will be no leaks when it rains. I'm sure they will be fine, but if not, we have no doubt that A. Fricker Roofing will be out in short order.

We called A. Fricker Roofing to assess our roof for damage after a tornado hit our town on May 25, 2024. Dustin came out and was really professional and friendly. He’s really on your side and just wants to help. They found a small area of damage and fixed it right up. We are very thankful for them and would definitely call them again.

Dustin did a wonderful job explaining the products and process. He even came to look at the roof while we were negotiating the home purchase. We bought a superior product at a fair price. Tyler was very hands on during the project for any questions or concerns also ensuring the clean up process was impeccable. The two, along with the crew worked hard and got the installation done without issues. This is the fourth time we have used A. Fricker Roofing and we trust them 100%

Met with Jeremy to have a look at what needed to be done.

His estimate was very reasonable and within a couple of days my roof was repaired by Jeremy himself. He handled everything start to finish himself.
He was such a wonderful guy to deal with. He explained everything he found down to the tiniest thing with pictures and to be honest I'm pretty sure he took it up on himself to do a little extra.
He was sympathetic to the fact I'm disabled and taking care of my elderly mother, who is also disabled, after the passing of my father.

Thank the Lord there are still some amazingly good people out in the business world that are so involved with what people in the community actually need. A good honest business and helpful crew members.

Starting with first contact with Andrew Newton and ending with job completion, the process was seamless. Project manager, Tyler, was helpful and professional and was present for the entire install. Andrew's salesmanship was professional, informative, and I never felt pressured. I needed a new roof and after visiting with Andrew, I felt that this is the company I must go with without hesitation. No other quotes needed. The work was done in one day. The new roof is as beautiful as a new roof can be. When the work was done they cleaned up the site to perfection. I would highly recommend A. Fricker Roofing for your new roof.

I had a great experience with A. Fricker Roofing. They were more thorough on their inspection of my old roof than the others that bid the project and their Shingles had a higher railing. I am very pleased with the final product and with how well their crew worked together to remove the old roof; put on the new roof; and clean up afterwards. Painting the vent pipes and using preprinted vent seals that all match the new roof color really provides an excellent look of which I am very pleased. My experience with them has been excellent in every way.

Such a seamless process! A Fricker Roofing went above and beyond with our new roof. When I first called to inquire, a representative was sent out the same day to take a look. Dustin was our project manager, and we are so thankful for his place in all of it. He was great with communicating and so professional. We were able to get financing quickly and had the roof completed in maybe a two week time span from start to finish. So thankful for this company and all the work they put into our home.

We’re impressed with A. Fricker Roofing. Our old roof sustained damage in a storm, but we weren’t sure if insurance would approve our claim. Andrew helped us from start to finish. He assessed our roof, worked tirelessly with our insurance, got our claim approved, and even organized with a solar company to work with our solar panels. The roof installation was seamless and done in one day. The new roof is beautiful & well-installed. I’m glad we chose this company!

I would recommend A Fricker roofing to any household. Their Project guy Dustin was by far the most customer service employee they have in my opinion. He went above and beyond to ensure I was completely taken care of especially with the insurance adjuster. The core values he demonstrates are above and beyond as an employee and especially as a person
You would have no problems hiring these guys to do exceptional work! And Jim the office manager? He is one of the good ones!! Go A Fricker on your next roof and waterproofing project. You will not regret it.
