We had to drop off some customers doors for some SXS’s and have them powder coated here while trying to meet a deadline. Our original powder coater was 12 weeks out and J&J Powder Coating took the time to give us a quick quote, told us to bring them in and had them done in a little over a week and we met our deadline!! We had a great experience with them. The customers of ours were super happy with their new custom doors for their SxS’s!!! J&J, thank you so much for your help, and the quality of the product. This review is long overdue, and I typically don't even make the time to leave reviews, but I felt obliged to share what an outstanding experience I had with J&J Powder Coating...

I went to J&J with a very unusual project, we were in the process of restoring an old CNC grinding machine. We hired a mechanic to rebuild the machine from the ground up, so we wanted to restore its cosmetic appearance as well. The exterior structure of the machine was an assembly of quarter-inch thick sheet steel weldments, all of which were irregularly shaped and some very heavy, as in needing a forklift heavy, so just handling these parts presented quite a challenge.

I reached out to several powder coating shops in the area and a few of them wouldn’t even quote the job because they simply didn’t have the handling capability. When I contacted J&J, Shawn was very responsive from the get-go. He came to our shop to look at the parts and understand the full scope of the project. Shawn also provided recommendation on powder to use, since I didn’t have a clue as to what would be the best material for this application. Pricing was very competitive, even a bit lower than the one other estimate I did get.

When I went to pick up the finished parts, I was nothing short of amazed by how good they looked. They sandblasted the parts to remove the old paint and applied an appliance grade material in the color we selected. The shop crew was friendly and professional, taking deliberate care when handling the finished parts. It was clear they really cared about the quality of their work.

In summary, I highly recommend J&J Powder Coating for any powder coating application. I’d like to give 6 out of 5 stars, because they went above and beyond to support our project. Included are some before and after photos of the work.

In this era of impersonal service and diminished integrity, this business shines like a star... five stars that is! Sean was awesome to work with. Although my jobs were small, he made me feel as if I was an important and valued customer. The work is top notch and the prices are reasonable. When I told him the Bronco wheel bead lock rings (now blue) were a surprise for my wife, for her birthday, he had them done well before the promised date... the color match to the body stripes is simply amazing! The John Deere tractor brush guard came out flawless too. We'll be back with more items... thanks Sean!

I was very satisfied with my experience! A fair quote, quick turn around time and excellent quality service. Even though it was a small job I truly felt like I was treated with respect and sincere curtesy.
