This company took over monitoring from a local company that had serviced our location since 1991. As soon as they took over, statement dates, receipt dates, payment recorded dates all seem to be in conflict causing payments to not be recorded in a timely manner. For instance, my statement dated 6/19/2024 was not received until 7/1/2024. My June payment was auto paid on 6/14/2024 by my bank, yet Alert 360 had four days to record payment from the bank and failed to record it in a timely manner, resulting in yet another statement for July showing my June payment was not made. I've called them twice and emailed them again in hopes of resolving this issue. When I called them initially they told me our local company was no longer in business. When my payment was not recorded properly the second time, I called my local number. I was informed that Alert 360 had taken over the billing only, but they are not the servicing provider for our area. Alert 360 claims on the statement that there are scams out there, however I have to believe my local company before I would a national company that can't process electronic transfers in a four-day period. I'm looking for a new company!

I thought I posted this earlier today but am unable to find it!!
Recently had what I thought were better cameras installed but after a few weeks I'm questioning that.
1 camera needs to be adjusted because the built in lights are too close to the wall and aren't lighting up the monitored area.
1 camera shows the yard/grass to be a different color than the other 4 cameras.
2 cameras aren't lighting up the monitored areas where they are positioned. There's a yard light on the corner but it's at least 40 feet from either of these cameras.
The HD clarity is suspect on all 5 cameras. I can't really see details unless what I'm viewing is less than 15 feet from the cameras.

I used to be with Frontpoint, and next thing I know, I'm with alert360. Started having issues with the app not connecting with their server, so could not arm or disarm my system when mobile. Called in 3 or 4 times to remedy the issue, and they were of no help to me. On top of that, asked to speak to a supervisor, and he was extremely rude, always talking over me and cutting me off, to the point where I just hung up on him. Immediately called back to cancel my service. I can go on and on with how dissatified I am with them, but I won't. They are the most disfunctional company I've ever paid money to. They're rude, and don't know anything about the systems (hence, not getting satisfaction after 4 calls for the same issue). Never sign up with this company, and if you're current company sells out to them, run, don't walk away - cancel immediately.

I wanted to remove the doorbell camera from my service and they wanted me to commit to a 12 month agreement in order to remove it. I had been a customer since 2016 and refused to do a term service agreement when I had been a very loyal customer. Then I tried to cancel my service and was getting the run around about that. Finally they sent me the disconnect email request so I could reply back to disconnect service. . And then they called me 4 times after that. You think it’s hard to get rid of satellite radio you haven’t seen nothing. At what point is it harassment? I know losing one customer isn’t going to affect your bonuses. So long..

If I could give them zero stars, I would. For a security company, they make it very hard to get in touch with them when you have a problem with their system. Our original company was purchased by Alert 360. We filled out a form first thing this morning. No response. Then we called during their business hours listed on their website and their voicemail. Yet no one was there. Found another number and the rep basically said, "hey, well you tracked us down now so what's the big deal?" Great customer centric response. Not!

Then the rep insisted our system was fine on her end. It wasn't. She then said we could change the battery on our own. Uhm, no. Told her battery was expired. She finally acquiesced and arranged for an in home technician to come by.

Time to find another monitoring company.
