I'm glad they have great reviews concerning their work, but I'm putting this here so hopefully the company will see it and let their employees know that some things are just not necessary. Two fellas were doing a survey in the property next to mine. My little dog saw them, and ran out to the fence, barking at them. She did her job to let me know someone was out there. I looked out the back door just in time to see the younger of the two, very aggresively, yell at her to shut up. Why he felt the need to do that, I'm not sure. I called her in, and then I went outside to ask what they were doing, since they were at my fenceline. They explained, and I was even polite enough to ask if they needed access to my yard to complete what they were doing for my neighbor. I really try my best to be considerate with people, but to the man that yelled at my little girl... she's doing her job. Next time, just do your job and keep it moving. There's no need for all that.

I've sold multiple homes and they are often sent by the title companies to do the survey. I've called various times and they return my calls and answer all of my questions without being condescending.
