Overall great experience with my bathroom remodel. I had the shower, double vanity, and toilet replaced. The project took longer than I expected, but Ray was excellent and professional. To me the best thing about choosing Re-bath is knowing there is one person responsible for the work who shows up every day until it’s completed. That is worth the financial investment. Highly recommend.

The entire process went very well. Joey, the salesman, did a terrific job explaining the process and assisting with color options. The hardest part was deciding which color or pattern to go with. We are so glad he suggested going to the showroom to see it in full size. Kristin was so helpful with scheduling and keeping us informed. Daniel, the installer, was very hard working, in fact I don’t think he took any breaks. He took the time to explain everything as he went. We had lots of damage behind the walls. He did a great job repairing it all. True to their word there was no extra charge for all of the hidden damage.
I would highly recommend them for any bathroom job. In fact at some point we plan on having them do our main bath too.

The entire staff did a great job and they were very professional from start to finish. I appreciate Kristy working with me on scheduling the install over Spring Break so I did not have to take time off from work. While doing the install, Drew was a very diligent in communicating with me regarding his arrival time and was very prompt. He even took the time to come out on a weekend day to wrap up a couple of things, make sure that everything looked good, and checked to see if everything was in good working order.

We had our master bath/shower and secondary bath remodeled and it far exceeded our expectations. Raymond was our installer and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, even made friends with our dog by sharing his sandwich and letting her out to go the bathroom. Had our showers that were done completely wrong by the previous owners fixed up by Re-Bath through Lowe's. Couldn't have asked for a better company to go with! The salesman that came out to go over options was extremely thorough and made sure we got the best deal possible for our financing options. The installer that came out was communicative, professional, and did an amazing job getting our materials installed and made sure to ask plenty of questions to ensure everything was set up to our specifications. Great service!! We used Rebath to remodel our full bathroom. They took out the old shower/tub, down to the studs, upgraded plumbing, and replaced it all with a lifetime backed walls, ceiling, and soaker tub! We also got a new vanity and new cabinets, too! From the beginning at the showroom, Baylor was extremely kind! From there we were impressed with the length and detail that Jaime spent with us at our in home consultation! Gizmo, who actually did the work and had the most interaction with, was extremely easy to get along with and did great work all around. It was impressive how many things he does so well and pays great attention to detail even cleaning up at the end of each day and was extremely concerned with our end result satisfaction! We will definitely use them again if the need arises! The only thing I wish, is that the time it takes to get all of the custom finished pieces in after being ordered was quicker but, it is understandable and so worth it at completion!
