Service Technician Connor was absolutely stellar! Head to toe uniform was sharp and neat organized tool bag showed me just letting him into my home a side of quality and professionalism I could trust and expect. Granted I had already done most the troubleshooting beforehand he thoroughly went over the entire system anyway and confirmed my diagnosis. He had the capacitor in stock so awesome no wait time, and was quick to complete the service call. I was impressed to the point I let him sell me on a monthly service plan which I usually turn down those things but with that type of service to expect in the future I have no problem paying into their program. Great experience with Roth for home plumbing project. Replaced old galvanized pipes with new PVC. No more clogged drains! Carlos, Joel and David were awesome! Very professional, thorough, and communicated progress throughout the job. Very happy with the result. Highly recommend Roth.

Fantastic service! Will was very helpful and made the whole process easy. He replaced our water heater which finally gave out. Very fast and answered all of my questions. Got the job done in record speed. I would highly recommend him for plumbing issues.

Jim and Dre came out to service an electrical issue I couldn't chase down myself. Quick and easy, and by the time they were done I had my microwave, AC, lights and all my other outlets that had died back!
They were both professional, personable and easy to work with. My dogs even loved them and may scored a couple of treats.
(Not joking at all when I say the dogs wanted to hop in the van and ride away with them by the end of the job).

The tech seemed knowledgable enough, and did a solid enough job explaining what he found. But super expensive site visit and I thought I was going to be able to roll that cost into them cleaning my MagicPak. But they wouldn't clean my condenser coils, they just gave me a can of cleaner and said good luck.

Prompt, professional service and one leak was fixed, another prevented all in one day! Jason came within 4 working hours of our call, to fully replace a leaky garbage disposal and the pipes connecting it. Later he replaced our water heater.
We asked if he had time to do a bid for our water heater and he created a bid and explained the difference in quality between builder grade and plumbers level such as the Reem he installed. We agreed to have our old corroded one removed (previous bids also identified multiple problems). He was able to install a new unit the same day.
A+ service and an A+ service professional!

Kevin was great! Serviced a leaky water heater. Water heater needed replacement as it was 10+ years old. He picked up a new one, installed, took away old one, and even shared some education on warranty and maintenance! Roth Home you did it again! Thanks!

Armed with a flashlight and trained to find everything else but the problem, the Roth Home tech claims, “The vents are closed!” They’re actually not. He concedes. “We installed your AC, but did we install the thermostat?” Is he looking for a scapegoat? “Your filter is black.” Funny thing… it’s brand new. I mount the couch to open the vent in the ceiling. I pull out the filter and expose it in broad daylight. I see white. He still insists it’s black. It’s at this point the service call is over. How can I trust this guy? AVOID ROTH HOME! Take a look… Their reviews in the last year have tanked. Makes sense… They changed their name in that time, and likely ownership. When you expect an A+ from a team you used in the past, and then get an F… well, it’s is a sign of a business that has lost its way, and the time for me to find someone else.
