Watch out for job Half done. They installed the countertop and new sink. They left garbage disposal loose which leaked for days caused huge water damage in the cabinet. Alot of other smaller things were also not done professionally.
They stop picking up the call once job is done.

Found on Facebook local marketplace. I was given an estimate the next day. A couple days later, I had brand new counter tops. Quick turnaround. I had SS Countertops LLC demo, replace my kitchen and three bathroom counter tops. This was all done in one working day. I left to work @7:30am and arrived home @5pm and everything was completed. I had the entire crew in my home without myself there with no issues. Didn’t even need to take the day off. Five Star rating! Thank you!

Very reasonably priced considering the level of service and quick turn around. 5 business days and they were ready... We were not going to be able to pull ourselves together that fast, but rescheduling with advance notification was not an issue.

Everything is super chill, hand shake agreements. Pay after service, no deposit. Which I feel is a ballsy business move, but he trusts you to trust him which is excellent business really. Like a breath of fresh air.

There is no "office girl" or anything, you talk straight with the man who will get it done. So don't expect any contracts to sign or even to have it in writing what pattern you requested or even set arrival times. He did confirm with an emailed picture to make sure he was cutting the correct slab.

Good communication, English is not his first language but that doesn't stop his understanding. I'm a written word person, but he seemed open to a faster phone convo which is totally not my style. I like documentation so when I forget I have something to reference.

Come installation day they were in and out in 45 minutes, and that included some extra edge polishing.

We were in charge of disposal of the old counters, but if you don't have that sort of capability or desire, be sure to bring that up when he comes to see the job.

*Make sure they reinstall the dishwasher.* We had formica before so it was screwed directly into the counter... Not something you do with quartz though. We still need to sort that out. (He gave us a bargain price cut so I'm not complaining, just advising the next customer.) Our dishwasher is just gonna flop around for a while until the attachment part comes. Oh well. That was the single less than shiny point of the service. Still giving 5*s because it's not worth complaining about for me.

He provided mounting brackets to make the sink an undermount. It was overmount before but designed to be either way.

We reinstalled the faucet. Not sure if that's something they would do or not... Be sure to ask. My husband is handy so it was no biggie for him to do.

Future customer shortlist of things to talk about:
- keep your phone handy to confirm anything. Feel free to contact him to be sure everything is clearly understood.
- ask about disposal of old countertops
- undermounting a sink? Let him know.
- ask about reinstalling the dishwasher
- be clear who is responsible for reinstalling the faucet.
