I've been using Brooks Pest Control for over a year. Never a complaint. Often times I'm not home when the service is given. Always 5 stars. Today I came home and found a lovely note on my door from Abigail stating " Have a lovely day", until I read further. I'm in the service industry and rely on tips to pay my bills. Never have I been left a note asked to consider a tip to help fund a 21st birthday trip from an employee from this company. I feel this is completely uncalled for. Therefore I'm giving 1 star today.

I was initially not sure of this company Brooks because they were kind of door-to-door, but Ryan kind of showed me some ants infestation and even a black widow during the day so that kind of convince me that I need to do some spray. They gave me a decent price And were on site when they said they would and then they cleaned all the eaves from cobwebs and sprayed everything and then I end up finding a few days later three dead spiders, one black widow

We were told that items moved away from the house would be put back, several were not. Also as we were working around the house Monday after the Friday service, found a couple of ant nests that we exposed in the flower beds and several spiders attempting to reclaim their nests. Also killed a bee nest that was forming in the front eve.
One intent was to have the service completed before the wife got home but with Elton running behind schedule, he was still working around the house when she arrived. It led to an “interesting” text exchange.
