Paul and his team responded quickly in an emergency situation I had with a Hoarding client of mine.

The client had not had a bath in years since the plumbing was backing up in the tub and her broken hot water heater was from the 1960's.

This was a very sensitive situation with a terminally ill client in her hoarded home, yet Paul was kind, professional, and efficient.

It breaks my heart that this client passed away in Hospice before she was able to return home to running hot water and a bath after 11 years of doing without.

I highly recommend Rapid Rooter and his team for everything plumbing! His craftsmanship is top notch and professionalism an example to behold!

Jenny is always so accommodating, kind and easy to work with. Paul, Josh, Fred and the whole crew do great work and get the job done!

I called after 3pm on a Friday after I tried calling over 10 other plumbing companies, no one could come out to help. The lady who answered (Jenny?) was extremely helpful once I called, she was able to get someone out to my house before 5pm and get my house back in order. I can't thank them enough, the workers were kind and thorough, talked and helped me through the situation. I will ONLY and EVER call Rapid Rooter for all our future "issues". Thank you all! Such a great experience with everyone who helped my family

I cant speak highly enough about the service that I was just provided by Fred and the team at Rapid Rooter of Central Oregon. This was my first plumbing issue as a new homeowner and I was really nervous about who to reach out to for help, a lot of other companies in CO wouldn't even return our calls since we are down by Sunriver. Fred listened to my issue and quickly found a solution while explaining it all to me step by step. I now understand how I can avoid this problem in the future and what I would need to do to treat it myself if it were to happen again. Cant thank him and the team at RRCO enough, wish I could give 6 stars for their amazing service. Thank you!!

Jenny in the office was very kind and helpful. She was willing to work with me regarding payment and was quick to get someone out here. She was concerned with what concerned me.
Fred was very professional and he got the job done quick. He gave me tips to keep my problem from happening again and explained everything he was doing. His attitude was great.
I would definitely recommend Rapid Rooter!

Fred came to search and rescue a set of car keys that had fallen into the toilet! He is very knowledgeable and professional. Great personality and doesn’t mind at all answering questions and gives an exact description of the job and job estimate.
Hopefully we won’t need a plumber again any time soon but when we do we will definitely call Rapid Rooter!

I've used this service twice now and both experiences were excellent. The first time was when my hot water heater quit. The MFG help line told me that I needed a new controller and they shipped one to me. Rapid Rooter came out to install the new part and I liked the experience. Their plumbers always call you near the start of your appointment window to tell you where they are and when they'll be there. Fees are reasonable too. So when we needed a faucet upgrade and my wife had picked out a fixture at Home Depot, I called them again to have it installed. A different plumber, but the same professional experience. I recommend this business for any residential plumbing needs.
