This company is a joke the "OWNER" came out and told us our window was scratched and it was actually a paint splatter then charged us for the window after we informed him it was paint and proceed to tell us it's are fault for my 65 year old mother not seeing it yet the owner of the company didn't see it. STAY AWAY. Request a real technician

We are licensed Contractors in Washington and Oregon. Today the lady who answers phones in this office is psychotic and she was insanely rude to my partner, we were calling to see if they could custom make a half glass shower door for us and she basically was telling my partner that he doesn’t know what he’s talking about and I told him to hang up and call a different company, which he did and we had zero problem or drama. Seebee needs some classes or education on manners and class!
She is losing this company a lot of money.
After he hung up she called to get the last word in because she is one of those kinds of people and she left this voicemail that is outrageous and very disrespectful.
Please take your business somewhere else!!!

Like several other reviewers, I contacted them repeatedly to have them repair a glass panel in an interior door. After several requests to get someone to come out, they said they would contact me on a Friday to schedule something. Friday came and went and no answer. Sent more texts and voicemails which went unanswered, and I eventually asked if my job was too small for them, but got a response saying no, that was not the case.
They finally sent someone to take measurements who said he would put in an order for the glass panel, and I never heard from them again.

Eventually it just became too time-consuming and frustrating to have to continually reach out in hopes of a response or an update. I eventually called Joe's Glass who was very professional, responded to all of my requests, showed up when they said they would, and the glass panel is finally installed and looks great.

Requested estimate for broken window early March. Visit occurred shortly thereafter to take measurements. No estimate received for several weeks. Followed up and response was “I’ll get to it when I can!” Followed up a couple weeks later - “You should have had long ago! I’ll check it out.” No response for several more weeks now so am going elsewhere! Would not recommend!

Ace Glass Company is great. The 2 gentleman that came out to replace the glass in my sliding glass door were very professional and friendly, and they answered all my questions.I will definitely use them again for any future glass needs.
