I rate my completed, 6-foot-high, hog panel fence as 5-Star. I rate Superior’s installers—Colby, Bryce, and two other competent workers—as 5-star; they were expert at what they did, resolved challenges, were flexible, polite, and completed a thorough cleanup. I rate the two managers who came to check on my job, one each day, as 5-star; each was personable and knowledgeable. The reason I gave 4 stars has to do with communication and paperwork. I was told I’d receive a call or text when workers were on their way; that didn’t happen either day. Furthermore, I wasn’t sent my Pre-Installation Checklist nor my Completed Installation Checklist until the fence was done and the workers left; each document had all items checked off, including items not done, and the documents say I was supposed to have signed these papers before and after—which obviously didn’t happen. Finally, the link I was sent to make my final payment seems not to have worked; I will need to call to ensure I haven’t overpaid by repeatedly entering my payment info. At least I have, thanks to this company, a truly Superior fence!

Crew came out and installed 90 feet of black chain link with black slats..looks awesome! Toby and William were great! They worked fast and efficiently and answered all of my crazy questions. Would totally recommend!

I am truly satisfied with my experience with Superior Fence & Rail, in all respects. The entire team, including Kevin (one of the owners), Phillip (the estimate rep), Ashley and Angela (the customer service reps), and Toby and Luis (the fence installers), was on top of things from start to finish, and their work is top notch. My fence looks fantastic (See the attached Before and After photos)! Everyone who has seen it has been very impressed with it as well.

I highly recommend Superior Fence & Rail, and if I ever need another fence, even if I am in another state, I will reach out to them first.

Kevin and his guys came out and did an amazing job! They made things so smooth and easy. Our fences is everything we could of asked for and more and they are puppy approved.
