Overall

The sales representative that I spoke with over the phone was extremely courteous and knowledgeable about Milwaukee's M12 12-Volt Lithium-Ion Cordless ProPEX Expansion Tool Kit that I wanted to purchase. Not only did he answer all my questions and concerns, but he gave me pro tips on using the tool more effectively. Most sales reps will hurry you through the process of quickly selling a tool and moving to the next customer. He indeed sounded as if he wanted to assure me of success with my purchase. Thank you.

If you want to get charged double the price for anything you get from here, go to the wrinkled up troll at the end of the counter. I think he is building a retirement nest egg by charging customers double the price for parts. Just pass him by and wait til the other counter people are free. Get better prices from them.

Really great service from these folks. Many of the employees have worked there for 20+ years. That tells me a lot about how they take care of their staff! Of course it's more expensive than Home Depot, but knowing they retain staff forever is worth paying a bit more for lights, etc!

These guys are amazing. Because of weather I had a truck full of pallets in front of theirs. The guy unloading me didnt even have a second thought about unloading and reloading the other company's merchandise. Most places would make me unload and reload by hand truck and only touch their merchandise. I'm in great debt to these guys. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!

They offer continuing education classes, as well as will call pick up, and delivery service in the morning and the afternoon.The guys at the counter are friendly and knowledgeable. If they do not have what you need (which is not very often) they are willing to find it and bring it in for you.
