Sierra was personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. She answered my questions patiently and displayed a professional, friendly attitude. She did a great job! Chad was a pleasure to work with concerning replacement options. He was able to present several options available and explained why they were or were not the best choice. I feel confident of my decision due to his expertise. Jason and Austin installed the new equipment with total professional competence, and were patient and thorough answering my questions. They left things neater than they found them. They were cheerful, polite, and efficient. Couldn't ask for better!

Update I had a few issues with the line set 1 fitting was not installed correctly, so the line blow off, then they did come out and fix it but that leaked, so 3rd time is a charm, I hope. Seams to be working now properly, heat and air. Thank you all.

Original installation was great, very flexible on schedule. Found that some insulation had not been properly put back and called my salesman nearly two years after install and they promptly sent two guys over to rectify the situation! Equipment has performed flawlessly. System is a hybrid forced air downstairs and split units upstairs. Everyone I came in contact with was personable and did what they said they would do when they said they would do it!
