Working with Melanie and Andy at Stoneside Blinds was a great experience. Both did whatever was needed to make sure our new blinds were installed correctly and looked amazing. Melanie was able to come out to our house several times so that we could be sure on our color choices and had some great suggestions. She was also frequently checking in to make sure that we were satisfied with our new blinds and if there was anything else that we needed. Andy did a great job on installing the blinds and even caught a very minor flaw in the fabric on one of the blinds. He immediately ordered a new blind to make sure it was perfect. This was easily one of the most stress free experiences we've had with a home improvement project

We worked with Melanie for the consultation/contract and Andy for the installation of a set of blinds in our guest room, and we had a great experience! Melanie visited in November last year and we told her we wanted to get through the holidays before spending the money; she had no problem, wasn't pushy at all, and was easy to work with once I contacted her again in March. Andy was a great installer, too; he came once, before the blinds were made, to confirm measurements, and then one other time for the installation, which was very quick. The blinds look great! He even helped with an issue on some other blinds we had (not installed by Stoneside). Altogether, we had a wonderful experience with Stoneside (who, by the way, makes their products in the USA- another bonus!) and would definitely use them again in the future/recommend them to friends.

Overall

I was looking at cheaper solar shades online but feeling unsure about colors and measurements, so I decided to look for a local company. I scheduled an appointment right away, Melanie came out to the house with samples and helped me choose the right shades for the space (very different than I had almost ordered online!), and Andy did a fabulous job installing. They fit perfectly and are exactly what we wanted. We are super happy with the shades and the service. I highly recommend them.

I was in the market for blinds as my old ones were made of metal and so hard to clean. I had an experience with another blind company who never finished doing business with me, so I researched and found Stoneside blinds.

My whole experience from beginning with Melanie and when my blinds were hung by Andy was a five-star experience, I found Melanie knowledgeable about her product, and she came into my home, gave a suggestion on what type of blinds she thought was appropriate for my windows,discussed options and we agreed upon a style and color which looks fantastic in my living room.

When Andy came to measure and then hang blinds later, I found him also to be very intent about his work and personable. He made sure our blinds were done quickly and professionally.

When I have other blind needs, I will most definitely go to Stoneside blinds and make sure that the rest of my house is done by this company. I will make sure that all my friends and family know about this company, as I feel this product and company is one I can recommend without hesitation.

Stoneside sent Melanie out to my house to help me determine the best blind for my need. She was exceptional. We picked the perfect blind, color, and mechanism for my needs. I love it.

The installation person was very polite and professional. I am happy with my purchase and will happily use them again.
