Very nice, knowledgeable, and prompt. I needed two appliances fixed and the parts needed required a follow up visit but the technician had all the required pieces for the follow up appointment, which was 2 business days after the first. Pure Excellence. Alex took initiative to call when I first requested service to help me sort out strategy to diagnose. Timely appt but I was not able to get recording of intermittent rattle until the afternoon and by that time the appointment had passed. I let him know that we would look to likely replace giving the cost of repair a bit he was able to fit us in that evening a testimony to the responsive service. He got us fit in tonight and he fixed the problem timely. The refrigerator freezer is no longer rattling and he was able to fix the part that had problems causing the rattling. I had also requested safety precautions entering the home and he was very accommodating. I have other appliances that need attention and he will be the first call. One last bonus. He said the quality of the refrigerator is worth keeping versus replacing cheaply because the newer ones give out yearly and cost a lot to repair. So I'm glad to have kept it and for the advice. Excellent service and very respectful and competent, Timely service.
