I worked with Peter and his team on a custom bathroom vanity for our primary bathroom. Leaving five stars is a no-brainer! Peter was a fantastic communicator, the consultation and installation process were a breeze, and we're absolutely thrilled with the final product. Because we didn't work with a contractor for our remodel, Peter even gave us recommendations for a countertop company and someone who could help with drywall repairs. Update. We just finished our third project and the results are as great as our first two. This was a combination of smaller jobs and they were handled just the same as described before, excellent.

This was our second project with them and we are as delighted with it as we were with our first. We had total remodel of master and main baths, and custom cabinetry/shelving installed making the living room into our library. The team is professional, skilled and friendly making the whole process easy to deal with. We are absolutely amazed with the results and would highly recommend them. We will certainly use again for any future projects.

This was without a doubt the best experience we have ever had with a contractor! From the first interview with the designer at PNW Cabinetry, the process was smooth. The owner Peter Schraner and the designer visited our condo and reviewed the space, discussing possible layouts and type of cabinets. Once the cabinets were selected and on order Peter reviewed the plumbing and electrical needs, providing clear instructions for our plumbing and electrical contractors. We were advised on a weekly basis the scheduled delivery of the cabinets and once they were shipped, an installation schedule was agreed.
The installation team at PNWC did a fantastic job of installation, keeping the area neat and sticking to the operation as outlined. The job was completed on the day promised and a walk through was completed with the owner and designer.
As I told Peter, "I almost feel like buying another house, just so we could have PNWC do our kitchen"! In fact, a year later we had them come back and install a vanity and wall installed cabinet in the bathroom.

We completely remodeled our kitchen in November 2015 (down to floorboards). The folks at Pacific Northwest Cabinetry provided invaluable design assistance, not just for our cabinets, but the entire kitchen. They were easy to work with, they listened to us, and offered great advice and suggestions, bringing to our attention things we had not thought of on our own (we had no idea all of the issues to consider when choosing a range hood), and advising us on the overall aesthetic and consistency of design patterns between the floor, the range hood, the cabinets, the counter, and the adjacent spaces in our house. As part of the remodel, they referred us to a general contractor, and they partnered well with the general contractor, with both parties managing the entire process with consistent, clear communication between themselves and us. Their excellent customer service did not stop after installation. We've had a couple of minor issues over the years (hinges becoming loose, etc.), and they've always responded promptly, and at no cost to us. After we settled into the new cabinets, we realized we wanted another shelf for our spice cabinet, and they provided it at no charge. On the most recent service visit (Feb 27, 2023), Aaron not only resolved the issue we had with one loose cabinet door, but he also proactively investigated the hinges on all of our cabinets.

Although we had a good idea of what we wanted for our 1927 Mediterranean kitchen Peter Schraner, the owner, and his designer, Haley Stanton, came up with design ideas that took it to the next level. We were introduced to the latest in appliances that would optimize our work area. The cabinets were made by craftsmen and everyone from electricians, plumbers, floor finishers, applicance installers, were of the highest caliber. It’s true that the kitchen is the heart of the home, and we honestly don’t want to leave ours now that our new cabinetry is in. Unless it’s to admire the cabinets in the master bath! Peter and his team at Pacific Northwest Cabinetry helped us transform our house into the warm, welcoming home we imagined. They adapted the abstract vision we had in our heads into a space we loved the minute we saw it. We are so excited to welcome friends and family into a home that feels both beautiful and perfectly kick-off-your-shoes comfortable! It is better than we had even imagined.
The end result really isn’t even the best part. The process itself was actually a lot of fun, thanks to the team of folks that make Pacific Northwest Cabinetry tick. From start to finish we were welcomed warmly, treated well, and listened to. Peter and his team went the extra step to make recommendations regarding counter-top and appliance vendors and they were spot on. All questions were answered and all scenarios considered (and believe me, there were a lot of them!). Peter and his team remodeled our kitchen then we did our master bathroom. We had them refinish our hardwood floors and put hardwood floors in where we had carpet. We had our banisters replaced and our closets finished. Everyone on the team was professional, courteous and timely. The price was not above and beyond what we expected and they finished on time (some of the work got finish ahead of schedule including two snow days). I highly recommend PNC. They are the only contractor/carpenter/plumbing/electricians/tile/painting/design everything people that I will ever work with.

Peter and his entire team at Pacific Northwest Cabinetry did a fabulous job building and installing the new cabinets in our kitchen remodel.

Throughout the entire process, our expectations were consistently exceeded. Working with their designer, Kelsey, was so easy -- she was able to quickly & precisely modify drawings, provide additional details, and work with other trades (e.g. plumber & electrician that needed exact measurements). The installation team, Aaron & Mike, were top-notch: they showed up on time, were great guys to be with, and best of all are really master woodworkers. The painting team, led by John, were amazing with the quality of caulking and painting being second to none (to my surprise the cabinets were installed as bare wood, and then caulked, finished and painted in place; however, the taping, masking, screening, etc. for over-spray were excellent with zero problems). And at the end of each day, Peter would send an email with photos of the work-in-process, outlining the day's accomplishments and work schedule for the next day. Really remarkable customer service and attention to detail.

We looked at many alternatives for kitchen cabinets -- from do it yourself to completely outsourced. Pacific Northwest was the best value we found, and certainly the best to work with. I can honestly say Peter and his team are one of the best businesses I've had the pleasure of ever working with!
