Overall

Do not shop at Perry's!! Tried to return a few pieces of a purchace and was told that I could not without a reciept. While this is agravaiting I told the supposed manager to skip the $60 plus purchase I was going to make and I would get the reciept and return. I was told that I had an attitude. Well I do now and will never shop in this place again. Their prices have always been to high and now with the total lack of customer care I will advise everyone I know to shop anywhere but Perry's. Beware of this place and shop at your own risk.

We are building our house, prices are important, but I'd rather pay a bit more and support my local community than drive 85 miles to save really not that much in Roseburg . Your crew in Coos Bay is awesome. ????

These are the kind of folks you hope to run into. They did not have the fittings we needed, but sent us to the right place after verifying that it was in stock, then gave us the piece of pex piping that we needed free of charge. Thank you very much for the quality service!

A very pleasant surprise. My wife and I went shopping for a very specific piece. As we perused the store we were intrigued with the local feel and fantastic product assortment. As we were approached by the associate he was friendly and didn't stop until we were 100% satisfied. He even searched online for assurance of our product. With service like his and the knowledge as well as localization I will be attending this establishment again.
