ADT sales person came to my house, wasn't clear about what they were here for, I told them they were wasting our time once it was clear he wanted to sell me something. He then walked away yelling, cursing, and making threats.

The ring camera isn't working. I have tried several avenues to schedule an appointment for over a week. I have tried to talk to managers, supervisors, I even sent an email to the only email address to have may issues resolved. Account management sends you to scheduling, who then sends you to Acct management. ADT refuses to come out to my area, Clackamas County on Monday which is my only day off. I told this to multiple people and yet they keep calling and leave voice mails. I also asked for it to be noted in my account that I am at work and can't take calls. They promised a Monday apt, then took it away. I have even asked for someone with authority to contact me. I was told, Senior Managers don't talk to customers. I have been a Protection One customer for 26 years, now I am looking for a new alarm company.

Overall

Two creeps from this company just showed up uninvited at my house to try and sell me a security system. They knocked aggressively and startled my wife and I who were relaxing the day after thanksgiving. I immediately asked if they were selling something and they lied and said no while trying to hand me an ADT business card. I told them to get off my property and never come back.

WORST COMPANY EVER! I have been dealing with them for the last 4-5 months trying to resolve my issue but, every time I think it is resolved, I get a new phone call stating that it's not! Worst company I ever encountered! Customer service is a bunch of incompetents! Their customer relations management system is a complete joke! They lie to you to get your business and then lie to you telling you that your problem is resolved! This company is fraudulent and unethical!

I am going to fight them tooth and nail to resolve this, but don't let it happen to you! STAY AWAY!

Absolutely garbage company to use. Have to move into assisted living and was promised that if I provided proof of the move they would wave the early termination fee. Provided the documents and then received a bill for over $800. Was then told by a different person that no matter the reason they were going to charge me. Never, ever, ever use this company.
