Went in today to find a solution to a convoluted plumbing configuration for our water feature. I was greeted by Miley and she started helping me problem solve what I needed to accomplish. Pretty soon Jordan joined us and further helped problem solve. Both get a five star review for excellent customer service. If you own a business you want this kind of employee to represent your company, Bravo !!!

So, I hate to have to do this, but Ferguson, and specifically Kristina Ratliff, forced my hand. If I could give zero stars, I would...
I took over operations of my plumbing company back in August. At this time, the previous Manager and plumber had racked up a bill totaling over 20k. I tried multiple times to make a payment plan deal with Kristina, which she responded with, "Get us all the money in two months or we are sending you to collections."
I tried to explain our unique circumstances, and she was unwilling to hear me. Yes, my company owed a bill, but 14k in one month and then 12k the next, would not have worked, it would have bankrupted us. Luckily, the attorneys they sent me too allowed me to create a payment plan, albeit, with attorney's fees tacked on, oh well..
What I don't get is the account became delinquent as of June last year, and I didn't get any commentary, correspondence, email, call or anything until October. So, they let this horrendous bill sit in past due, and it isn't until the manager and plumber turn over that I finally get any word from this company? Perhaps Ferguson was in cahoots with the previous manager? Maybe this was retaliation? Not really sure, but it is definitely fishy.
I hope this paints a clear picture of what this company stands for. They are intolerant, they do not listen, and do not care about anything other than the almighty dollar. I will never use this company and I will warn everyone against them at every chance. Consolidated Supply is much better, anyway.
This review will remain posted, until someone from management at Ferguson's calls me and apologizes for their rude Market Credit Manager for Idaho/Western Wyoming/Oregon, Kristina Ratliff. I hope you, Kristina, personally read this, and seek to rectify this, yourself.

Seemed like a good store. Good selection. Good customer service. But if you call and ask a question, get a name. I called with a question and got an affirmative answer. Then I came in and received a negative answer. They do not take items back without a receipt or invoice
