Overall

Contacted to evaluate popping noise in ceiling in one room in our house. Didn't find the cause but said he'd write up a report which we never received. We've emailed several times, left voicemails and texts without response. Paid the bill but didn't get what we needed from this business. Poor communication. Has been very frustrating. ☹️

I have been in the building and development trades my whole life, and was taught early on that engineers and architects are the enemy. So much so that my development company would go to great lengths and expense to avoid them by designing buildings to accepted codes. But Chuck is different. He really loves his job and is really eager to please his customers. His attention to detail, prices, and ability to work as a team player are excellent. I am glad to have Woodchuck Engineering on the my team and cannot wait for the next project.
