We didn’t end up getting windows through them due to an issue with insurance, but the estimate process was smooth and east. Kelly was very helpful in assisting us to deal with the insurance issue. My windows turned out sooo good! I heat my home with wood and my house gets warmer so much faster now. They look great and are much more functional than my old windows. I'm using much less wood, which is a huge plus.

The crew did an awesome job, too. They were professional, they showed up when they said they would, and cleaned up behind themselves. Their pricing was also MUCH better than Anderson and another local window company whose name I can't recall. I'm very happy I made the investment.

I had two large high triangular windows that needed to be replaced and called Mark and Company.
Dave came out the next day. He was able to have the unique windows made.
The insulation was challenging, but the crew was fantastic, well experienced,, very professional and were able to replace and install perfectly!
I love my new windows! Thanks so much for the great work!

Had a great initial meeting with sales rep three weeks ago, but since then have not heard a peep. No estimate received. My email to sales rep and two phone calls (I actually got a person on the other end) inquiring about the status of our estimate have gone unanswered. This was to replace all 15 windows in our older home. If you don't want our business, please let us know in a timely manner. Don't just ghost us.

We recently used Mark and Co. to replace the original widows in our 1950s home. It was a great experience! From the initial consultation to the completion of the job we had zero complications, zero drama and zero surprises. Everybody we met throughout the process beginning with the office staff and including the estimator, contractor, and the installation crew were super professional, friendly, and dedicated to their buiness. We could tell that not only do they take pride in their work, but they really enjoy their jobs. The installation crew made extra effort to protect our flooring and cleaned up as they went along which was much appreciated! They worked fast and their positive attitudes were a nice change from other work crews that we have had for different jobs during our reno. The new windows look fantastic!! It was not an easy job and we are so glad we chose Mark and Co. Thanks so much for the good work!

We had all of our windows and sliding door replaced. Mark & Company are fantastic! They were professional to deal with, had great prices, they back up their work, and they are incredibly friendly. We had one issue with a tear in a screen, and they replaced it promptly. Our sliding door needed pulled and re-installed and Dave and Kelly came out on the weekend and took care of the work themselves. Top notch company and fantastic people. Highly recommended!!!
