What a beautiful job this company did! After the job was complete (great job Blake!) I truly thought my house had been repainted. The driveway and sidewalks turned out great. Communication with the company was ideal. Thank you so much guys.

It will only let me choose 3 items to rave about but should also include punctuality and value as 5 stars. I reached out to Little Prince Pressure Washing right before the snow and ice storm hit last week. They were great about keeping in close contact with me on when they could get out to service my dad's house. Isaiah showed up directly on time, was incredibly sweet, and did an excellent job on the driveway and sidewalks of my dad's house. I highly recommend this company!!

Fantastic experience with custom holiday lights, hanging and removing. I started early to set the season up right, and Oleg and his team were so responsive the entire week through text and in person. Highly recommended!! Especially if you have a tall roof and you want someone to get up on those ladders. Thank you !

Pros:
The communications with the company were easy; I was able to text about everything instead of calling which is generally my preference so I can reread things for memory and such. The people I interacted with via text and in person were kind and professional, and asked whether I would like for them to wear masks while we spoke in person. When I didn't come to the door when they arrived because my doorbell didn't work, we were able to text about the team getting started and verify that I would be there for payment. I hired them to clean our vinyl siding, clean out the interior and exterior of the gutters, and wash the exterior of the windows. The vinyl siding is definitely clean now, the built-up algae and crud is gone, most of the windows are much much cleaner and easier to see through, especially now that the screens are washed, and as far as I can tell the gutters are cleaned out as well, but I can't really see since I have a two story home and many are quite high up, which is a lot of why I hired a service in the first place. There are some hard to reach parts of the house behind plants that were cleaned well. Estimate for cost of services before tip was much lower than others in the area I looked at, and the final cost after tip was still lower than other before-tip estimates.

Cons:
The company's website says that they will send you pictures of the work they're doing as they go, which I thought was neat, but I never got any pictures of before or after at any point, which really isn't a huge issue except I just kind of have to assume the gutters I can't see are in fact cleaned out. Not a big deal though. After the team had left, I went out to check the work they had done, which I probably should've thought to do before they left (the site does say you don't have to be there for the cleaning), but when I went around to the front of the house there was a pretty noticable patch of siding that seemed like it had been missed, so I texted them a picture, and the team did come back towards the end of the day to get that missed section. I appreciated the quick response, but given that their site says they do a walk-around after they're done to make sure everything's good, it seemed like a pretty big/noticable spot to miss. Before the team came back, there were also a couple windows by the front door that I dried off myself as they were still wet, and a corner of the back of the house where it looked like hose spray must've kicked up some pine needles and dirt from the ground and up onto the siding, but didn't get rinsed off. After the team had come back to clean the missed spot in front, some windows out of my reach were once again wet and so ended up drying with spots and foggy streaks. I wasn't notified of exactly when they would be back, so I missed that they were there, and by the time I noticed, I was just kind of done. Additionally, now that it's been a few days since the cleaning, I've noticed that there are places on the wood deck that have been bleached in splotches and splatters and drippy paths, and many plants close to the house within spray/mist distance look like they have been chemically burned and are brown and wilting. The bleach smell outside the house was pretty strong for a couple days after. I don't know if there's an alternative to whatever substance was used to clean the house, but it's just kind of a bummer that that's how that worked out.

Overall, I'm glad the house is cleaner and in terms of actually cleaning the house they did a much better job than I would have myself, but the areas that got missed plus the after effects of the cleaning substance weren't great.
