Dion and his staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the process for our countertops. Aside from delays from vendor for a slab we are very happy with the end result. The installation crew was professional, clean and careful when installing the slabs as well as answering questions we had. I called in for information on quartz counters as we have them in our new home installed recently by the previous owner. I explained we are getting horrible transfer from any hard material on the counter from handbags, coffee cups, to silverware. We also have visible rings that cannot be removed from cold beverages like beer soda cans. I do not place hot items on the counters. I was interrupted while trying to explain my initial situation then talked over and told "I should just not put metal anything on my counters" and "Your wife needs a new bag". I understand quartz counter tops are a hard, non porous, man made material. I tried to explain my family members have quartz counters that DO NOT have these issues. I was then told I am wasting his time and that I think I know more than him. Sadly I was trying to find a company to look into replacing my counters through a home warranty if defective but realized this was a hostile conversation and hung up.

My original question was regarding the symptoms of a improperly manufactured quartz slab but was told "All quartz are the same. The hard material will cause transfer" I know transfer is normal but there is a degree to which it is not. I called another local company and they quickly understood my concern and acknowledged that the experience with my counters does sound like an issue with the slab when manufactured. They gave me advice to test if this is the case and offered services if so.

I would be concerned purchasing or working with a company that has a lack of knowledge on something as basic as material defects in quartz. Try to fully listen to a prospective customers situation before interrupting and disregarding them and their concerns.

Dion and his team were excellent! His knowledge of of all the products they offer, as well as the quote process was super easy and very helpful in making the best decision. The demo and install team was super courteous and professional. Demolition was very quick and clean. They resolved minor issues very quickly and the measurements taken were absolutely perfect which ensured a flawless fit once the countertops were installed. I would give them 6/5 stars if I could!! Don't go anywhere else for your countertops!!!

Personable, easy to work with, attentive to concerns, gorgeous work! The counters are neat, cut and finished perfectly. The sinks were on display at their showroom and they installed those with the counters. When I ordered they had a special. The bathroom vanity quartz was free. I was able to pick any scrap from the yard and pay just for installation. I decided to use what I had used in the kitchen. I would absolutely recommend and use them again.
