I had Indigo do an estimate for a simple drywall job based on their many good reviews. Our intake with Jose, and getting the estimate done with Aaron, were positive experiences--they were prompt, thorough, and professional. I was also initially impressed with the slickness of their CRM software, automated documents, etc., especially compared to the back-of-the-envelope style of other contractors whom we were getting estimates from.
We hired Indigo for the job for all of the above reasons, but were disappointed in the execution. Their communications quickly became mostly automated and sometimes redundant--Jesus and Robert both sent me essentially the same form email at different times telling me to expect another form email from their CRM. It said our Project Manager would be identified there and we should use that thread as our primary means of communication. However, we never heard directly from our PM, Ana. Jose set up the communication thread, and Estefania was the one to respond when we reached out. And supposedly their entire team got all our communications anyway--so why bother with a PM at all?
We had to reach out the day before to find out what time they'd be arriving, as we were never told an arrival time. When the worker did arrive, he said he could finish in one day as opposed to the two we were told to expect. This seemed like good news, but after he left we found a lot that needed fixing, starting with large swaths of smooth mud that was supposed to be textured. Luckily it was still damp and I was able to use a toothpick to slowly pick out multiple square feet of "texture" to match the rest, but I shouldn't have had to do that. Days later when we went to re-install the 11 outlets in the work area, we found huge gobs of mud dried in and around almost all the outlet boxes, and glopped up on the undersides of our cabinets. We spent a couple hours with a Dremel drilling away dried mud before we could proceed. That night we also noticed splatters of dried mud all over the inside of the kitchen windows around the work area, and on adjacent walls, from the texturing process.
If we'd had any idea at the start how much clean-up work would be needed, we'd have had Indigo come back out and finish the job properly instead of doing it all ourselves. As it was we basically paid for 2 days of labor (though the invoice was not itemized, the job was supposed to take that long, and there were very few materials needed) and ended up doing the 2nd day ourselves.
If I hadn't had so many automated emails from their CRM to dig through, I wouldn't have lost the "main" communication thread I was supposed to use to contact them (which didn't even say "Indigo" in it, anywhere, so it never came up in my email searches). If I'd had one single human point of contact, I'd've known who to reach out to to discuss the issues. There's no reason I should have had to deal with 7 individual people and two automated software programs for a simple drywall repair.
After that I got several automated emails and texts (this time from Chenelle) asking for final payment, so I finally just paid and left comments expressing my unhappiness. No human ever responded, but about a week later got an automated follow-up asking for feedback, so once again I submitted commentary.
I'm not a fan of automation at the expense of relationships, or of speed at the expense of quality. I would like to think Indigo is maybe just having growing pains adjusting to new software, but overall it was not conducive to communication, and combined with the worker's sloppy job, not a positive experience.

I called and left a message and by later the same day I had an appointment set up for the following afternoon! After that, they communicated via text and email to keep me informed what time the worker would be here. It was updated via text when he was running late. Juan was polite, friendly and careful around my belongings and floor. He masked things off appropriately and we talked a little while he worked. A very hard worker and a pleasure to have him working in my home.

Indigo Construction finished the drywall in our garage, added an orange peel finish, and painted the walls and ceiling. The garage looks way better now than it did before and the new paint brightens up the space. The crew did a thorough job and cleaned up daily and at the end of the project. Project manager was available for communication through text message and email.

Used Indigo to do some drywall patching. The process was very straightforward, the work was excellent, and payment was easy. The texturing matched my existing walls and the patch was seamless. Very happy with the results!

I am so happy with Indigo’s work and cannot say enough good things about this experience. Workmanship, communication, and value are all 10 stars. Jesus was very responsive and patient with my decision-making process. Adolfo is an experienced and helpful project manager who stayed on top of the details. Jose’s communication was excellent and I greatly appreciated every single member of the crew— They were quick, efficient, courteous and did a 100% beautiful job. Overall I am so grateful I found this company because I never had a moment’s worry during the entire project. Highest recommendation!

So here’s the story. My husband and I both have extreme misophonia (sensitivity to noise). It drives us bonkers! So when we got a fixer upper house we decided to soundproof it as best we could while we were at it. I did HOURS of research for weeks! Picking out the best products and methods to block sound.
I contacted a few drywall contractors but they either were too flaky to get back to me, didn’t offer all the services I wanted, or weren’t familiar with the soundproofing techniques I needed.
Indigo was immediately responsive and knew exactly what I was talking about. They had experience with soundproofing and even suggested I get two different kinds of insulation which worked out beautifully.
The project was a monster. They had to:
Remove old drywall to the studs
Rip out old bathroom fixtures, tub, wall tiles etc
Spray foam insulation
Rock wool insulation
Mass loaded vinyl
RC-1 channel to create an air gap in the walls to catch noise
Finished with quiet rock 545 drywall, the thickest and heaviest drywall on the market and it’s very heavy to manage!
They were extremely communicative and answered all my questions, of which there were many. I literally have about 95 email exchanges with them because I’m that annoying ?
They always were patient, professional, knowledgeable and did excellent work. I absolutely will be using them again!

First thing, when I called Indigo I was worried about mold after 4 years of intermittent ceiling leaks and they recommended I first have Restoration 1 assess the situation. The other two firms who gave estimates refused to consider mold as a potential problem.
Restoration 1 did an excellent job and then Indigo quickly replaced the removed ceiling area.
I am very satisfied with their work and especially appreciate that they took the mold issue seriously.

Indigo did a great job repairing and re-texturing our water-damaged ceiling. Everyone was prompt and professional. Would definitely use them again for drywall projects!

My guestroom wall was damaged by a loose headboard. I chose Indigo Construction because of their excellent ratings, responsiveness, and competitive pricing. Their sheetrock repair men, Franko and Jeido, were courteous and did a great job. the attached pictures speak for themselves.
The software this company uses to communicate and bill is odd, but it does work. Just be sure to check your spam/junk mailboxes for various senders.
Thank you, everyone at Indigo, for a job well done.
