The techs that work on my house (Akio and Justin), were communicative, courteous, and accommodating. Clancy, the project manager, was also communicative and adaptable. Overall I’m happy with the result, and I’d recommend them to anyone else with cold walls.

RetroFoam gets my business next time.

I just bought an house that had an older 20 x 30 ft out building that I am planning to use as a wood shop. It was simple construction - wood ship lap interior walls, 2x4 studs and exterior siding board with not felt paper under them. Many joints were very wide. Plus, there were lots of cross pieces between the studs where windows and doors had been moved/removed.

The two man crew started drilling 2-1/2 inch holes on the inside and by probing carefully found all the blocked areas and drilled into them. Then they pumped foam into each hole and brushed off any that escaped through gaps and cracks..

They plugged the holes with glue coated wooden plugs flush to the boards and caulked the larger cracks. Then they cleaned up the excess foam and sawdust.

I believe they did a thorough professional job and I'm sure my shop will be much more usable in the winter.

They were so great to use! Called to let me know they were on their way and kept me updated on progress and then when they cleaned up - could not tell unless you knew where to look that any of my siding had been taken off and put back on.
Did a great job on the property clean up as well from any little bits that dropped.
And the small thing that was so great to see as well - they put my recycling bins back too!
Had to move them out of the way on the first day so thus it was really great to see them put back in to place. Just one of those small things that was just sweet to see.

Retrofoam of Oregon completed a large job with me in mid Feb of 2022. They were fantastic to work with. Clancy did a great job helping us better understand the product and the install process.
Justin and crew were top notch across the two day install. Drywall repair and follow up (Wayne) was the best we've worked with to date.
Great folks here, I'd highly recommend Retrofoam for retro insulation and other services they provide.
