I moved to the junita area early last year. I used a different service at first but wasn't happy that they didn't take cardboard every week as I run a small business. I switched to Dutch's & am extremely glad that I did. I travel often but still Dutch's doesn't ever miss the trash pickup when I am in town. They always take everything I put out each week. On windy days, they have secured my empty cans for me, they take the time to say hi to people's dogs, and are always very polite. Excellent service & I would highly recommend! 5 Stars Plus

Overall

Do not waste money getting a roll off dumpster here. They want full price and then don't a allow you time to fill it. They want it back even if your not done so they can drop it off somewhere else to double their profit. Other places charge a few dollars more but allow you to call for pick up. It's worth the extra money to call someone else.

Called today for a large pickup . 18 large bags and a wooden box.
Came same day. Reasonable.
Came up to Cresson. Not our hauler but they were so responsive. They have no idea how happy they made me.

I’ve had Dutch’s service for years now and have ALWAYS had a pleasant experience, from dropping off monthly payments in the office ,to dependable pick up times, and always having my garbage can and recycling bin put back with no left over mess.
That being said, staff has changed and now my cans are thrown into my driveway after pick up, no longer picked up at all from under my carport, (where they’ve always been), pick up times vary, and recently have been laying in my ditch. I’ve always kept them under my carport to keep them dry, and in windy weather, off the edge of the road for passing vehicles. Apparently the extra 20 feet of walking from curb to carport is an inconvenience so they won’t take it unless it’s on the roadside. I’ve called, they assure it’s not tolerated, tell me my garbage was indeed not out at pick up time, (which it’s never NOT out), and just yesterday I had plastic bottles and my recycling bin laying in my drainage ditch and the garbage can in my driveway. (I checked surveillance and they were thrown after being dumped into their trailer. All this after a $10 monthly increase over the past year and worse service. No thanks. Needless to say, I will be changing companies after this billing period. ??

I've used dutches for not only my trash but whenever I need a clean out or stuff taken they are always happy to help. I've used them for trash at my last 2 apartments so it was obvious I would continue to use them when I bought my house. Guys are friendly and always on time with my trash removal. I've never had a single issue with them. I would definitely recommend
