Called for refrigerator service and was told $130 fee to come out and diagnose that would come off if repair made by them. Diagnosis was frozen upper refrigerator coil, needed to be defrosted. Defrosting and all work took less than an hour and components checked fine. Was charged $235 plus tax. I asked about the $130 being removed since going with them. Was told it was, and charge is for defrost. Hard to believe they get that much for less than an hours worth of work. Consider other reputable repair centers.

We were very pleased with our experience with Mr. Appliance of Bensalem. Prior to calling them I spent hrs. on the phone with LG because my refrigerator was only 4 yrs old, to be told they could not come out for 10 days. In my frustration I called Mr. Appliance who came out with-in hours to assess the issue, sent a specialist to see if they could get us running or confirm the compressor was shot, ordered the part and replaced it the morning after the part arrived. Tom the technician had our refrigerator running like new with-in 72 hours. The communication was great through the whole process.

Excellent experience w/Tom diagnosing and repairing our 2015 counter depth Frigidaire Professional ALL Refrigerator today. I was thrilled to get an appt 1st thing Monday morning after my call on Friday!
The problem was a badly clogged drain behind the bottom crisper. A buildup of rust on the coils most likely was the cause! All good now! A word to the wise … even a small amount of pooling water warrants immediate attention!
Tom was professional and knowledgeable! A delightful repair experience! He didn’t mind explaining the repair process which I greatly appreciated! Tom went above and beyond re clean-up too! I highly recommend him / Mr. Appliance for ALL appliance repair needs!

Thank you! Service tech Ryan was awesome. Came in and listened to what the problem was, what we did trying to trouble shooting it ourselves, and other checks my wife and I did prior to calling. Took all of that information and minutes later, diagnosed the problem. Found the motor died for our ice machine and water dispenser. Found replacement parts and had them ordered right away. Two days later, came back on time and installed the new parts that just came in. Him and his company made the process super easy, quick, and painless. Thank you!

Tom was amazing! I had a unique beverage cooler that had stopped working. During the first visit he diagnosed the problem and identified the board that needed to be replaced and although he could not source directly, he helped me find the right board to order.
