ive dealt with both Ron Nicodemoas & Ron Spay for a claim on my property, they were both very professional and upfront. I am very pleased with their work on my home and the amount they got me on my claim ! 5 star for the Apex team , i wont use anyone else in the future !!!

When my water started pouring into my house like a waterfall from my roof during a bad storm, I was completely hysterical. A close friend of mine highly recommended that I immediately call Apex Adjustment Associates to ensure that my claim would be paid appropriately, and I would not have to worry about fulfilling my duties under my insurance policy, which possible could cause a total denial of coverage. The total settlement of my claim ended up being far more than I ever expected and after some much needed construction work my house is now better than it was before. Jerry, the owner of Apex, was extremely professional from the first time I met him, and he diligently updated me step by step throughout the claims process. I would not hesitate to recommend Apex to any friend or family member with damage from water or anything else to their home!

I didn’t know anything about public adjusters until I used Apex, but the service that they provided was exceptional. My home was badly damaged by water and rain. With the advice of a friend, I decided to call Jerry, the owner of Apex Adjustment Associates. From that first call, he was extremely informative, helpful, and professional. The settlement that he got me was beyond what I ever thought possible. Apex is the best! I would never use any one else!

Overall

My in-laws had a roof leak from a storm and the insurance company kept trying to say items weren’t affected that were. Also they wouldn’t cover the roof due to what they were saying was installation errors. Apex got them a new roof and kitchen. Would recommend them to anyone.
