Overall

We had a house fire in December. A couple of family members INSISTED we call Hillis Adjusters. They had used them for both personal and business insurance matters. Could not be happier! They took charge of the situation, coordinated with ServePro, furniture restoration and storage, living arrangements, etc. They TOOK a bad set of circumstances and made it much, much easier.
We would recommend Hillis Adjusters without hesitation!

Overall

Hillis has represented me in a recent claim for wind damage to my roof. They responded to my call promptly, and brought a roofer out to make repairs immediately, preventing further damage to my home. Hilllis guided me through the entire process, from the initial claim, the roof install on my home, and after aquiring additional compensation for unforseen damage to the wood sheathing. I am very happy with the settlement that Hillis negotiated on my behalf. I would recommend Hillis without reservation.

Laura Hillis did an awesome job helping me with an insurance claim. Besides being a lovely person she was efficient, extremely helpful, asked great questions and thought of things regarding my claim that I never did. She is a hard worker, follows up and saved me time and stress by handling my claim in a thoughtful manner to maximize my collection.
I have worked with Hillis Adjustment Agency multiple times. The company has always gone above and beyond and we were so happy with our claim payment each time.
