Overall

We contacted Summit after our Insurance Company told us they would not cover water damage to our home caused by leaking pipes. Tony and his Team were amazingly responsive and professional. They immediately contacted our Insurance and helped us receive a settlement to complete the necessary repairs. I highly recommend Summit Adjusteres and will continue to seek their assistance in the future. Diane Tkacs

Overall

Summit Public Adjusters were out promptly arranging for reparations and repairs. My adjuster, Rick E, was thorough and on top of my claim while negotiating for my legal rights. Costs were kept in control and my repairs have been completed and satisfied. Hopefully, I never need to make another claim, but if I do, Summit will be representing me and my rights.

Overall

Had a nasty flood due to a water feed breaking and as a result the first floor of our home was almost completely destroyed.
I called Summit and within an hour Tony Amato called me back. Within a couple of hours he was at our house, on the phone with the restoration company and we were off and running.
Summit quickly set us up our long term housing, no easy feat due to our dogs. Rick and Joyce made us feel at ease and walked is through everything.
We received a laughable offer from our insurance company which had us upset but Tony assured us that we would me made whole and explained that the process was going to be long and tough but the insurance company wants you to break down and settle. We dug in and with Summit's help we got a settlement we deserved.
Summit then referred us to a contractor who we just wrapped up with now. They were great and we appreciate Summit pointing us towards them.

I could not imagine having to go through this without Summit. Tony, Rick, Joyce and everyone continually made us feel we mattered, answered our questions quickly and most importantly, operated with truth and integrity throughout the process and made us feel like we mattered.
Do yourself a favor, call Summit in before filing your claim. You won't regret it.
