These guys are GREAT!! On the front-end pick up they did a very professional job of boxing up furniture I didn't know needed boxing. They also took time to explain everything to me so I would understand the process. On the back-end delivery, they were very efficient. Didn't take them long at all to unload the semi. They were very nice and polite. I felt like I was getting very personal service.

I moved from New York City to Moab, Utah. For such a long trip, there was a bigger chance things would get lost or damaged. Not at all. The guys delivered everything intact and nothing was broken. I would absolutely hire Best US Moving again. I was very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them. They really know what they're doing.

Horrible!! I asked for our stuff to be delivered on June 21. No one came or called. I called at least 6 times asking for a date. Each and every time I was told it could take up to 21 working days or 30 calendar days. I said that’s great just give me a date so I can plan accordingly. They would not. They said they will call me back tomorrow or later or after they speak to a manager. They never ever called back. I called again and again. I don’t care what day it is I just need a date. Lydia promised to call back but never did. At 2 pm on July 15 I got a text from the driver he will be there tomorrow between 11-1. So with less than 24 hours notice I got everything ready. At 2:30 they showed up with a bill that was $1,900 MORE than it should have been. Even the driver couldn’t get in touch with Lydia. I showed my receipt from the company and my credit card bill showing my second payment was for that amount. I begged them to start because it was thundering outside. No they couldn’t start until I paid. Finally Lydia realized her error and let them begin. They started just as it began to pour. Our items were thrown inside this truck. Boxes on sides and upside down. Many boxes and Rubbermaid bins were crushed. Items listed as fragile or with arrows showing this way up were upside down. Lots of boot prints on totes. At the end the say sign here that everything is ok. I said I don’t know if it’s ok because I haven’t opened the boxes. Then then had the balls to say we did a good job for you and deserve gratuity. I already had money and drinks to give them I don’t need them to tell me to tip them! I have only opened about 1/3 of the boxes but I have plenty of broken items, scraped walls (brand new home) and totes that are now trash. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THEM.

Absolutely incredible experience. They were so friendly and easy to work with. They kept such close track of our inventory to be sure everything from point A got to point B. Nothing was broken and they were punctual for pick up and drop off making sure to keep us updated on when they were arriving. They went above and beyond and kept our couch wrapped with their blankets knowing a painter still had to paint the living room. 100% recommend this company.
