I appreciated that I could speak to someone (after hours) and get put on the schedule. Roger was very nice, knowledgeable, on-time and fixed the problem with my dryer quickly. This is my first experience with Mr. Appliance and I would recommend them.

This company made it so easy to get my dryer repaired. Getting an appointment was online and easy. They sent a photo of the technician and the timeframe he'll be on-site and he showed up right on time, had the piece needed for the repair in his truck. Mr. appliance of Delaware Valley, and specifically their Technician, Wolf, our amazing. Quick response to helping fix our dryer and it’s the second time we’ve called them for repairs and each time it’s extremely quick, professional and complete. While they rushed to get here and meet our timeline, they spend the time explain things and give us options. in today’s world I literally can’t think of another repair company of any of anything, including cars and other consumer goods we have that comes even close to the appliance of Delaware Valley, and Wolf!! Amazing!!!!
Regardless of whether we like the outcome of a broken component, the way in which it’s handled, the attentiveness, completeness, the politeness and professionalism is literally world-class. Fantastic job again.
