I have a real experience to share..a tree limb fell on my roof and punched a hole in it..so I called Tip Top Roofing and was told someone would be there at 1:00 o'clock..well at 1:00 promptly E.J. showed up and patched my roof professionally..he was up and down the ladder like a streak of lightning and had the job done in a little over an hour..what a nice fellow..the lady who took my call(Melissa) was also very nice and helpful..these people are the real deal and are eager to help people..I would recommend this business to anyone because I believe they genuinely care about folks..kudos to everyone at Tip Top Roofing and many thanks to you all for helping me ..God Bless

Our 18-year-old roof was replaced by Tip Top Roofing and Siding, and my husband and I could not be more pleased. I was made aware of Tip Top through a listing on our Community Homeowners’ Association website.

From the time I placed the original phone call, and spoke to Melissa, I knew this was the company that would be a perfect fit for my husband and me. EJ, the owner, arrived at our home at the appointed time with roofing samples in hand. He was a fountain of information, drawing on his experience, skill, and expertise, answering all questions large and small. When asked for EJ’s personal opinion, he gave it honestly, both the good and unfavorable, concerning shingles, colors, manufacturers, etc. There was no pressure, just information given from a man with knowledge to share.

It took a bit of time for my husband and me to make a final decision on what shingles we wanted for our home. I placed numerous phone calls to Melissa and always had the most pleasant voice on the other end of the line. If she was not able to take my call at the moment placed, the call was always returned in a timely fashion and any questions asked were answered. Melissa made sure customer service was her top priority.
I also took a number of shingle samples home, and when samples were returned, Melissa greeted me with smiles, friendliness, patience, and a helping hand.

Everything on the shingle contract was spelled out exactly as EJ had presented it to us at our initial meeting. There were no unwanted surprises.

Lastly, I cannot say enough about the crew that replaced our shingles. They were polite, extremely hard-working, and did a superb job from the moment they arrived until late in the day when the task at hand was complete. The crew cleaned up at the end of each evening they were here. No mess left for the next workday. We could ask for nothing more from them.

My husband and I can recommend EJ Helman and his company, Tip Top Roofing and Siding, with confidence for anyone who would like a job well done.
