Tim is so easy to work with! He is honest, punctual, and hard working. I've hired him for many home projects (he also does home repair) and each time I've been so pleased with his work. His prices are reasonable and you feel safe with him in your home. I would recommend him to anyone!

Overall

Tim has done 2 jobs for us. He dug out the basement for an addition to our home and then last summer put a deck on our pool. He was very professional, arrived on time and worked hard till the job was done. Highly recommend using Bair Excavating.

Tim has done my sidewalks for me and has also dug to replace my sewer lateral. Each time he has worked for us he has done a wonderful Job. He works quickly and efficiently with extra care for your property and clean up. I cannot stress how nice he leaves your property looking. Highly recommend!

Upon discovering that there were two old empty cesspools in the backyard, Bair Excavating was recommended to fill them. Tim Bair did an absolutely wonderful job being so careful to work around a newly installed paver patio. He delivered topsoil also and spread it out. I highly recommend him! 5+ stars out of 5.

Excellent customer service! He was always on time and he continuosly reached out to us before, during and after the job was done. Mr. Tim has the type of business that is hard to find these days. He is very conscious about making the customer satisfied and happy. He is the true meaning of a hard worker and most importantly he takes pride in all of his jobs and projects. My wife and I are very happy with the work that Mr. Tim performed for us. We would recommend him and his services to anyone who is looking for quality work!!
