Overall

Beautiful product that assembled easy enough. They failed however to mention how much you’d be drilling through steel. You have to drill through the platform to attach the guard rails and if you choose the wood steps you’re going to have to drill through each and every steel step to attach those. Overall pleased with the finished product but…was a lot of drilling

Overall

Their pricing for an extra step was awful. They had us over a barrel and took extreme advantage of us. Their product was ok but their business practices are horrible. Go somewhere else to get your stairs.

Overall

The circular staircase is great. The first attempt by the freight carrier was an utter failure and I had to reject delivery rather than having the package left in a public thoroughfare. The second delivery attempt was stellar due to a most accommodating driver.
