I had 3 guys led by Rodney and I could not recommend them enough. They kept everything really professional while also ensuring NONE of my stuff got damaged. No damage to either house, and they transported my belongings with care as if it was their own. They got everything done very quick too! Asked questions to make sure we were comfortable the whole way. Moving has never been easier and I appreciate this company and will only recommend them to my friends from now on. They only start charging upon arrival where other companies will charge you as soon as the engine turns on for the day.

They did a really good job with my move. Everything arrived, and I have not noticed any damage. They were friendly and efficient. They took the time to explain the process, what would happen, and the contract and agreed upon terms. It did take a little longer than quoted, but it was definitely better than moving the furniture myself. We had 3 "hunks" for our move of a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 3 floor twin home. Overall, I believe it was just over 4 hours from arrival at my old home to full unload at my new home (maybe 15 minutes of travel time between the two homes).

I was very happy with my experience with College Hunks. Mark was extremely communicative and responded so quickly with any questions or concerns I had. The movers, Rodney and Chris, were great! They were fast and packed my 1 bedroom apartment extremely organized and nicely. I appreciated their kindness and hard work. The one thing is the ratchet straps were tied together instead of ratcheted but I would still use the service again. It was a great price as well. Thank you!

DONT DO IT ! Slum lord of moving company !!!! Do not choose College Hunks Moving Company, Bethlehem, PA

I recently had a profoundly disappointing experience with College Hunks Moving Company out of Bethlehem, PA. This move was particularly significant as it marked my third relocation from my facility in Florida into a storage unit, and from storage into my current space. Given the nature of the move, I had two 26-foot trailers parked outside of my facility NOT a 52 foot container like he claimed… It only required two movers for four hours to provide the necessary muscle to unload these trailers into my first-floor facility.

I clearly communicated my needs to the call center, emphasizing that all I required was manpower to empty the trailers into a spacious room capable of accommodating all items. Despite making my expectations clear, the movers arrived seemingly unprepared and unwilling to perform the job. They immediately began complaining that this was not what they had signed up for, although their task was simply to unload the trailers for the allotted time.

To add to my frustration, the night before the move, I received a call informing me that three movers would be sent instead of the two I had requested. Despite not requesting a third person, I was charged an additional fee of $60 for this extra mover. The lack of transparency and communication regarding this additional charge was highly unprofessional.

The movers' behavior was appalling. They spent a significant amount of time on their phones and complained incessantly. Despite there being a two-hour minimum, they attempted to leave after just one hour. Their teamwork was non-existent, leading to dropped and broken items. The movers were so uncoordinated that they couldn't even use a dolly properly, and their constant bickering resulted in a chaotic work environment.

Management was no better, showing a complete lack of problem-solving skills and professionalism. The movers haphazardly stored items in my facility, leaving a mess of ripped boxes and disorganized belongings. One of the movers even apologized for the disorder, acknowledging the poor job they had done.

Fortunately, I only ended up using College Hunks for two hours instead of the planned four, and I hired another team of three movers who performed exceptionally well. These new movers were shocked at the disarray left behind and efficiently reorganized everything, demonstrating their expertise and professionalism.

In conclusion, my experience with College Hunks Moving Company was overwhelmingly negative. From unprofessional conduct to poor management and lack of transparency, this company failed on multiple fronts. I would not recommend their services to anyone and will ensure that others are aware of their unreliability.

My trucks were entirely empty by other group of professionals no thanks to college hunks … terrible team from the top to the bottom!!
