Overall

We've used A Budget Appliance Repair a few time for washer/dryer repairs. Doug was quick to come out for a service call and very knowledgeable. We'd recommend him to anyone in need of service and will have him back for any future repair needs!

Overall

Got a code on my washer which would not drain. Could have been the control board or pump. Arrived the next day, but did not trouble shoot. Charge me for a pump and installed it two days later. Did not test the repair before leaving, told my wife to run a load of laundry. Got the same code and problem. I checked the repair and wire connections were tight, but a hose was leaking water all over. Doug was unresponsive on Thurs, Fri, and Mon morn. Finally called back said he'd get me a price on a new board. Never called back until Tues eve after I ordered the part. I installed the new board myself because he said that I could not get a refund on the new pump I did not need because he scrapped it.

Overall

Doug at A budget has saved us money multiple times, twice with our dryer and once with our refrigerator. Doug is very professional, courteous, fair and knowledgeable. His prices are reasonable and he is the first person I call if I need an appliance repaired. My wife and I highly recommend Doug and A Budget!
