As someone who is never at a loss for words, even I find it challenging to describe the excellent, thorough, courteous, and professional service that we received from Shane, the representative who diagnosed and repaired our appliances. He was on time for the scheduled appointment, he wasted no time in identifying the problem in both appliances (a dishwasher and clothes washer), explained exactly what was wrong and what my options were for repairing or replacing each of them. For the one that needed repair (and which I had previously been told by another service that it could not be repaired) he ordered the elusive part, came with it a week later, and installed it in his predicted 5 minutes. If only there were more examples of such service in the world. I am a customer for life. Shannon came by the help me with a leaking fridge, which turned out to be a pretty standard problem, and we had a great time chatting while he fixed it right up. He taught me all about refrigerators so I could be on top of my future maintenance. Since I'm new to this home and particular fridge I found that exceedingly helpful and generous. He also helped troubleshoot an ice maker issue so I could try and get to the bottom of that if I wanted. Such a nice guy and obviously a real professional, I have nothing but good things to say! (My fridge is working great now, btw)
