Overall

Spoke with a gentleman about a used piece they had for sale, they said it was in good shape and ran good, no issues. Drove 3 hrs. With a trailer to look at it. Got there, checked the oil...no oil on the stick. We put oil in it and it poured out instantly. Buyer.... beware.....
I thought I asked all the right questions,
He then said I could have it for for less if I wanted to fix it. No thank you.

Great place to do business with. Everyone that works there are always friendly and helpful. Above all else, they are very workable when it comes to renting equipment from them. Would highly recommend them to anyone that needs to rent equipment.

Staff was courteous and knowledgeable, they made the rental process easy. The equipment was well maintained and mechanically sound. Blue Ball is my new go to place for rentals and I will be a regular customer with them.

had A great opening conversation with Elvin the owner a number of weeks back. Called in to rent three pieces of heavy equipment from them and had a problem with a tactic that the so called manager was using and asked to speak to Elvin and he rejected me the opportunity. Told me if I wanted to talk to Elvin I would just have to find him on my own. As the owner of 3 business’ if I had ANY employee that said the things to me that this guy said to me, he’d have been fired on the spot. Customer service at its lowest. I don’t usually post reviews about any company but this guy set me off and I hope that Elvin, who seemed to both my wife and I to be a professional business owner/operator gets the opportunity to see this review and fixes this since the manager doesn’t want to put us in contact with him. Seems like he’s trying to protect himself because he knows how he treated this situation is not professional. Would love to talk to the owner and let him know. This manager is a customer service nightmare!
