We had an awning tearing from the house and Ashley sent 2 wonderful guys who were very professional and knowledgeable came and fixed it immediately. Excellent job and excellent service. I have had Al’s Awning for 17 years and you can’t beat the quality and service. They are the best!!

We called and asked for assistance about a gazebo we have. They were unable to help but really explained why. They also gave us some options about what they COULD do and how much that would cost. They really saved us a lot of time and I appreciate that. Very knowledgeable sales and staff.

Wow! I’m so glad I used this team to get my porch closed in this winter! It was reasonably priced for what I had done. There was a minor mistake in the design originally when they installed it in December, and these guys completely remade my whole piece without me even asking, then installed it after New Years!!!! They even have a service where they can store it for me in the summer. Thank you Al’s Awning for making me an extremely satisfied costumer!

What started as a search for a retractable awning ended with a beautiful permanent awning over our deck. The back of our house faces west and made it impossible to enjoy our deck on hot sunny afternoons and evenings. After talking with Michelle and Don, we decided to go with a permanent awning and are absolutely thrilled with our decision. It feels like we added another room to our home. Everyone from Al’s Awning provided excellent advice and service. The installation crew did an amazing job as well. They were friendly and paid attention to every last detail. Service, quality and price exceeded our expectations. Thanks again to the entire crew at Al’s!

I'm so happy we decided to have a retractable awning installed. I called for a free estimate and Jamie promptly schedule a quick visit that worked into my schedule. He took a couple measurements and photos of our back door/patio area. The following day we had our estimate. We made our color choices and when we stopped by the shop to pay the deposit, Michelle provided swatches to confirm our color selections and walked us through the care and use.
We were told it would take 6 weeks for the awning to arrive and be ready for installation--something we'd anticipated with the general supply chain issues currently. It ended up arriving a week early and was installed immediately.
Now the shade provides instant relief from the heat that radiates off of our patio and we can finally start to enjoy the backyard again during the hotter parts of the day.
We're so happy with the investment and were extremely pleased with the fantastic customer service of Jamie, Michelle, and their staff. Thank you so much!
