Overall

Rick did an awesome job working with my insurance company on a recent claim. After a hail storm damaged our roof, the insurance company only wanted to pay slightly more than our deductible. Rick, through his knowledge of the insurance claim system and his persistence, was able to get the insurance company to adhere to the guidelines. He was able to get the insurance company to pay for an entire new roof. He is very thorough and I highly recommend employing his services.

Rick did an awesome job working with my insurance company on a recent water claim. I highly recommend him as he was able to achieve 3 times more than the insurance company wanted pay. He is very thorough and attention to detail paid for his services. I highly recommend employing his services.

Overall

We recently were referred to Rick Kinney at Advocate Public Adjustment through a local realtor. Couldn't be happier with Rick. We had a water leak from an ice storm enter our kitchen. Initially had the insurance appraiser come by. Was extremely disappointed. Since Rick took over he has really come through for us. He's very thorough and has years of experience. He's very detail oriented and picks up on everything. Would highly recommend him to any friend or family member. Just want to say "Great Job Rick".
