I couldn’t be happier with the service from this general contractor! After receiving several quotes, Jack and Jean stood out by offering a fair price for my small siding repair. Their transparency and commitment to getting the job done right were impressive. The work was completed exactly as expected, and I’ll definitely be contacting them for future projects. Happy with the decision to work with the company. Had portico posts, pent roof and soffit replacement plus new garage doors. Process from project definition to the final execution was smooth and without drama. Quality of work and selected materials was great. Price seemed reasonable to me without opportunistic hawkish attempts like some small contractors may try. This is a reputable company after all. I only had to do final touch of staining the new wood structure of the porch myself. Will work with them again. Thank you Matt, Alan and team.

World class from start to finish. After a storm, their roof expert found damage that my insurance inspector missed. That eventually led to a total roof replacement covered by my insurance company. My roof was removed and replaced in one day and the workmanship is flawless…same for my new seamless gutters and leaf filter system. Communication, installation, and clean up were all superb. I really appreciated the pay by cash and military veteran discounts. Can’t say enough about this team of caring professionals!

Hands down the most competent, diligent, organized and professional outfit we've had the pleasure to deal with. That they are all, in every department, so darn personable is just a great bonus.

Over 20 years we employed a succession of contractors chasing issues caused by the original builder/General Contractor of our "Premium" home failing to see that the subs did their jobs. E & E went above and beyond, expertly diagnosing multiple issues that had eluded all the others. Which was crucial before replacing our entire roof, all the siding and gutters, plus doors & windows.

They ALWAYS returned every call promptly. They ALWAYS showed up at or before any appointed time. They ALWAYS made sure to talk through every option to arrive at the best one for us. They ALWAYS followed up to make sure we were happy and addressed each inevitable unexpected challenge at the lowest cost possible.

To keep our schedule, they went up on a roof with 8 INCHES OF SNOW ON IT for Pete's sake and, IN ONE DAY, had it replaced.

They thoughtfully figured out which three patio pavers to pull up to get to the corner which had never been flashed, curing a rainwater leak that we were $8 grand into unsuccessfully eliminating. The E & E cost? $140.

As for the end result, the level of craftsmanship and attention to detail is excellent, noticeably better than anyone else we've tried. Many mean well and display strength in certain areas, but E & E's top-to-bottom package is truly, truly rare.

E & E did a fabulous job on a very large project. They removed the stucco on our house, replaced it with Diamond Kote siding, replaced our garage doors, rebuilt our deck, and redesigned our front porch. Wallie, Alan, Benny, and the crew were very professional and easy to work with, E & E’s bid was considerably lower than the other bids I received, and the house looks wonderful. Wallie provided me with a detailed estimate with prices for several different siding materials that I was considering. Alan, the project manager, communicated with me throughout. Before the projects started, Alan came to the house multiple times to give me samples of building materials, discuss possible configurations for the deck and their costs, and make sure that he understood what I wanted. The project lasted several months and included changes I requested. Alan was responsive to my requests, visited the site many, many times to check on the progress and talk with me, and checked in by text or email at least once a week. Benny and his crew did beautiful work, responded to any questions or concerns I had, alerted me promptly to unexpected issues that arose, and cleaned up the site each day. I would highly recommend E & E.
